With over 20 years of experience in restaurants, banquets, butchery and cooking, and an ITHQ diploma in hand, my passion is to bring food to life in a way that reflects the energy and atmosphere of each unique event. Specialties
I’m passionate about preparing meats—the bigger the meat, the more fun I have cooking them! From racks of lamb to tomahawk steaks, the more robust the dish, the more joy I put into it. My love of seafood, especially raw and semi-raw creations, is also part of my repertoire. My signature dishes? A perfectly smoked scallop ceviche and, surprisingly, a mac and cheese with burrata that’s a showstopper.
