Our History
The Chief
Edwin Simon Dubourg is a private chef with over 20 years of culinary experience. Born in Montreal to Haitian parents and raised on the South Shore, Edwin knew from a young age that cooking was more than just a passion: it was a means of expression. In 2014, he graduated from the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec (ITHQ), marking the continuation of a brilliant career, built on rigor and perseverance.
When the pandemic hit in 2020, Edwin seized the opportunity to start his own private chef business, catering to the growing need for high-quality gastronomic solutions at home. His services quickly became popular with food lovers, weddings and corporate events eager to sample his creations.
An introvert, Edwin prefers to express himself through his dishes rather than words, and he approaches each plate as a work of art. Outside of cooking, he has a great passion for the arts, sports and music, worlds that often inspire his culinary creations and feed his curiosity. Always looking for new discoveries, he enjoys learning as much as making discoveries through his plates, sharing his love of gastronomy with a desire to impress the gallery.
